Don't Look Away

Trusting God At All Times Daily Devotional. It was Mr. Rogers who said, “When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, ‘Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.’”
That is good advice and one of the things that draws people to a healthy church is its ministry to the scary things in its community and throughout the world.
In our community here in Lynchburg, those scary things include food scarcity, homelessness, and poverty.
