That’s what the Bible says. (Ephesians 4: 26)
When I first heard that, being new to the Christan faith and having not yet read the passage, I thought it was a referee to Jesus himself,
Do not let the son - the son of God, Jesus - don’t let anger push him out of your life.

Don’t let the sun go down on your anger.
Some people read that quite literally.
Deal with anger before the sun goes down.
I can see that.
